Download
One file. Every trade. Thirty days, nothing switched off.
There is no separate build per customer and no separate build per trade. A chemist, a garment shop and a restaurant all install this same file — what makes it theirs is the setup screen the first time it opens.
Windows · current build
CalcyBill-1.0.1-Setup.exe
Installs over an older copy without touching a single bill — your data lives in %APPDATA%\CalcyBill\, not in the program folder.
No account, no card, no email required to try it. Every build we have shipped.

After it installs
Four things, and you are billing.
Download and install
One file, about 100 MB. It installs for the current user — no admin rights, no server, no database to set up.
Answer the setup screen
Shop name, trade, a PIN if you want one, your logo and paper size. Three minutes.
Bring your items in
Type them, or import a CSV. The file is dry-run first and tells you exactly what it would change.
Bill
Thirty days free, everything unlocked. A licence key arrives by email when you buy one, and is entered once.
What it runs on
An ordinary shop computer.
It is a desktop application with a local database, not a browser tab pretending to be one. There is no server to buy and nothing to keep running in the background.
Operating system
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
Memory
4 GB — 8 GB if you also keep a browser open
Disk
About 400 MB installed, plus your own data
Rights
Installs for the current user. No administrator needed.
Internet
Only to download it. Billing never needs one.
Printer
Any Windows printer — 58mm, 80mm thermal or A4
Verify what you downloaded
Check the file is the file we shipped.
Every build is archived with its commit and its hash. If your copy came from anywhere other than here — a pen drive, a forwarded message — this is how you find out whether it is the real one.
C:\Users\you\Downloads> certutil -hashfile CalcyBill-1.0.1-Setup.exe SHA256 SHA256 hash of CalcyBill-1.0.1-Setup.exe: 71985d2e8cfc7c4382a1db21232a58ef8135a059e6d7650694296a41224c624b CertUtil: -hashfile command completed successfully.
Windows may warn that the publisher is unrecognised. That is SmartScreen reacting to how new the file is, not to what is in it — choose More info then Run anyway, or check the hash above first.
