Billing software for broadband, cable & internet.

Set-top boxes, routers, cables, wifi. CalcyBill™ bills the counter, holds the stock and keeps the books in one Windows program, on a database that lives on your own machine — and it knows the records this trade keeps beyond a list of products.

Your trade's own records

Not just products and prices.

The kit is installed at a site, carries a serial the manufacturer will ask for, and the money that keeps coming is the contract.

You choose Broadband, cable & internet on the setup screen the first time you open it, and these appear. Change your mind later in Admin settings and they change with you.

Serial numbers

What was fitted, where, and under what warranty.

Maintenance contracts

The renewal that is most of the year's income, with the date it falls due.

Site visits

The site, the time and the technician sent to it.

Job cards

When a camera comes back rather than a technician going out.

Rate cards

Dealer and project pricing, separate from the counter.

And the rest of it

The whole program, not a cut-down edition.

Choosing a trade adds records. It never takes features away — every shop gets all of this, including on the trial.

Questions

Broadband, cable & internet, specifically.

Does CalcyBill suit a Broadband, cable & internet business?

Yes. Broadband, cable & internet is one of the 61 trades on the setup screen, and picking it turns on the records that trade keeps: serial numbers, maintenance contracts, site visits, job cards, rate cards. It is the same installer every other trade gets — nothing is built specially, and nothing is missing.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. The database is a file on the shop's own machine and a bill commits to it without waiting for a network. The cloud, if you switch it on, is a copy that catches up afterwards.

Is GST handled?

Taxable value, CGST/SGST or IGST decided per line from where the buyer is, a breakdown by rate, an HSN summary and CSV for your accountant. E-invoice and e-way bill payloads are written for the portal's bulk upload.

What does it cost?

Thirty days free with nothing switched off, then a licence you either buy once and own or pay for yearly. The first fifty shops pay the founding price.

Shops that keep the same records as broadband, cable & internet:

Try it in your own shop for thirty days.

Install it, pick Broadband, cable & internet, put your own items in and bill a real day with it. Nothing is switched off in the trial and there is no card to enter.
