Goods · Safety equipment

Billing software for safety equipment.

Helmets, belts, alarms, extinguishers, detectors. CalcyBill™ bills the counter, holds the stock and keeps the books in one Windows program, on a database that lives on your own machine — and it knows the records this trade keeps beyond a list of products.

Your trade's own records

Not just products and prices.

An appliance is sold once and then lives at the customer for ten years, which is longer than most software remembers it.

You choose Safety equipment on the setup screen the first time you open it, and these appear. Change your mind later in Admin settings and they change with you.

Serial and warranty

The brand asks for the serial before it honours anything.

Site visits

An AC is fitted and a washing machine is demonstrated; somebody has to be sent to do it.

Job cards

The complaint, the deposit and the warranty it goes back under.

Exchange

The old unit taken in against the new one, with the allowance given for it.

Maintenance contracts

Extended warranty, sold with the machine and renewed after it.

Rate cards

Dealer pricing beside the counter price.

And the rest of it

The whole program, not a cut-down edition.

Choosing a trade adds records. It never takes features away — every shop gets all of this, including on the trial.

Questions

Safety equipment, specifically.

Does CalcyBill suit a Safety equipment business?

Yes. Safety equipment is one of the 61 trades on the setup screen, and picking it turns on the records that trade keeps: serial and warranty, site visits, job cards, exchange, maintenance contracts, rate cards. It is the same installer every other trade gets — nothing is built specially, and nothing is missing.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. The database is a file on the shop's own machine and a bill commits to it without waiting for a network. The cloud, if you switch it on, is a copy that catches up afterwards.

Is GST handled?

Taxable value, CGST/SGST or IGST decided per line from where the buyer is, a breakdown by rate, an HSN summary and CSV for your accountant. E-invoice and e-way bill payloads are written for the portal's bulk upload.

What does it cost?

Thirty days free with nothing switched off, then a licence you either buy once and own or pay for yearly. The first fifty shops pay the founding price.

Shops that keep the same records as safety equipment:

Try it in your own shop for thirty days.

Install it, pick Safety equipment, put your own items in and bill a real day with it. Nothing is switched off in the trial and there is no card to enter.
