Goods · Garments & clothing
Billing software for garments & clothing.
T-shirts, pants, shirts, suits, sarees, dresses. CalcyBill™ bills the counter, holds the stock and keeps the books in one Windows program, on a database that lives on your own machine — and it knows the records this trade keeps beyond a list of products.
Your trade's own records
Not just products and prices.
Size and colour are the same garment, so they are held as one product with a matrix behind it.
You choose Garments & clothing on the setup screen the first time you open it, and these appear. Change your mind later in Admin settings and they change with you.
Size and colour matrix
A style, its sizes and its colours, counted separately but bought and sold as one line.
Rate cards
Because a shop selling sarees by the dozen quotes off a rate card, not the tag.
And the rest of it
The whole program, not a cut-down edition.
Choosing a trade adds records. It never takes features away — every shop gets all of this, including on the trial.
Questions
Garments & clothing, specifically.
Does CalcyBill suit a Garments & clothing business?
Yes. Garments & clothing is one of the 61 trades on the setup screen, and picking it turns on the records that trade keeps: size and colour matrix, rate cards. It is the same installer every other trade gets — nothing is built specially, and nothing is missing.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. The database is a file on the shop's own machine and a bill commits to it without waiting for a network. The cloud, if you switch it on, is a copy that catches up afterwards.
Is GST handled?
Taxable value, CGST/SGST or IGST decided per line from where the buyer is, a breakdown by rate, an HSN summary and CSV for your accountant. E-invoice and e-way bill payloads are written for the portal's bulk upload.
What does it cost?
Thirty days free with nothing switched off, then a licence you either buy once and own or pay for yearly. The first fifty shops pay the founding price.
Shops that keep the same records as garments & clothing:
Try it in your own shop for thirty days.
Install it, pick Garments & clothing, put your own items in and bill a real day with it. Nothing is switched off in the trial and there is no card to enter.
