Goods · Textiles

Billing software for textiles.

Mats, yarn, fabrics, handlooms, dyes. CalcyBill™ bills the counter, holds the stock and keeps the books in one Windows program, on a database that lives on your own machine — and it knows the records this trade keeps beyond a list of products.

Your trade's own records

Not just products and prices.

Size and colour are the same garment, so they are held as one product with a matrix behind it.

You choose Textiles on the setup screen the first time you open it, and these appear. Change your mind later in Admin settings and they change with you.

Size and colour matrix

A style, its sizes and its colours, counted separately but bought and sold as one line.

Rate cards

Because a shop selling sarees by the dozen quotes off a rate card, not the tag.

And the rest of it

The whole program, not a cut-down edition.

Choosing a trade adds records. It never takes features away — every shop gets all of this, including on the trial.

Questions

Textiles, specifically.

Does CalcyBill suit a Textiles business?

Yes. Textiles is one of the 61 trades on the setup screen, and picking it turns on the records that trade keeps: size and colour matrix, rate cards. It is the same installer every other trade gets — nothing is built specially, and nothing is missing.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. The database is a file on the shop's own machine and a bill commits to it without waiting for a network. The cloud, if you switch it on, is a copy that catches up afterwards.

Is GST handled?

Taxable value, CGST/SGST or IGST decided per line from where the buyer is, a breakdown by rate, an HSN summary and CSV for your accountant. E-invoice and e-way bill payloads are written for the portal's bulk upload.

What does it cost?

Thirty days free with nothing switched off, then a licence you either buy once and own or pay for yearly. The first fifty shops pay the founding price.

Shops that keep the same records as textiles:

Try it in your own shop for thirty days.

Install it, pick Textiles, put your own items in and bill a real day with it. Nothing is switched off in the trial and there is no card to enter.
